Join the Friends of Druid Hill Park in a celebration of the rich history of Druid Hill Park on its 150th anniversary. Includes a talk and reception.
October 12 – Dr. David Terry, Director of the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History, will speak on race relations in Druid Hill Park and Ed Johnson will discuss the history of the Rogers family and their influence on the history of Druid Hill and Baltimore at large.
October 14 – Author Anne Draddy will discuss her work, Druid Hill Park: The Heart of Historic Baltimore and Barry Kessler, former Director of the Baltimore City Life Museums, will speak on Jewish history in Druid Hill Park.
